Tucked into the heart of Caroline Springs, this cafe offers a calm yet lively spot for anyone looking to enjoy thoughtful, well-crafted meals and drinks. The menu tends to draw people in with its blend of all-day breakfast options, like a gently folded Sujuk chilli scramble or the crispy Brekkie Brioche, alongside a range of toasties and small plates that hit the mark for a quick bite or a more relaxed brunch. There’s a good balance between indulgence and healthier choices, with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options to explore.
Visitors often settle in with one of the barista-made coffees—espresso-based or perhaps a velvety hot chocolate—and some linger over vibrant cold beverages on warmer days. The atmosphere feels unpretentious and welcoming, where solo diners can comfortably work on their laptops, families find a friendly setting, and groups gather in a casual, cosy environment. Accessibility is thoughtfully considered, making this a spot that’s easy to approach and enjoy.

5 I have been visiting the cafe several times. Thats because the food and service is awesome! I love their Smoked Salmon and their Grilled chicken Salad. One of my faves to drink here is their Matcha Latte. Their Barista, Kelvin make such adorbs art latte! The taste is as delish as it looks! Their scone is to die for! so yuummyy!
5 Lovely cafe to work from, I spent a couple hours sitting in the cafe, the staff were very kind and welcome. Environment is very family friendly and children are welcome.
5 We came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It was a busy time, but staff were friendly and accommodating. Food is super yummy. Coffee too! I got another one take away. We sat outside under the umbrellas in the shade with our dog.
5 Really lovely staff and great (and a cute) coffee. The lamb eggs benny and Turkish brioche roll were both delicious, and the cookies were just as good. Really appreciated the deal we were given too!
5 We visited this place for a brunch to try a new cafe and this No9 cafe didnt disappoint! Kelvin and his team were on the point throughout, food tastes amazing! Will definitely become one of our regular spots! Food suggestion - try the Steak Sandwich! My absolute favourite!
5 It was absolutely amazing here! The food was so good, I got the pancakes ($20 no extras) and they were so fluffy and the ice cream and berries gave it a good sour sweet taste. The atmosphere is calm, the music is a good volume. It’s clean and friendly, would highly recommend. Only thing I would change would be making the berries a little warmer on top of the pancakes but that’s much of a muchness. Thanks ladies xx
5 Who would have thought that at the very edge of Melbourne you’d find professional baristas and top-quality coffee specialties? This café & bistro is truly an asset to the Caroline area. Highly recommended is the rich Mediterranean breakfast selection, lovingly served with fresh, local pastries. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and have a great eye for detail. A clear recommendation, especially for early birds looking for an outstanding coffee & breakfast in the morning.
5 Such a great place to hang out! The food is delicious, and the latte art is amazing. Outstanding service and super friendly staff—will definitely come back again!
